Rainfall Computation

We receive a feed of rainfall estimates for the 46 sub-basins of the Brays Bayou watershed, as well as for 5 larger basins, and store these values in a database. These are then summed and fetched for the most recent 24 hour period. Missing data (which are extremely rare) are interpolated linearly.
